Transformation Coaching
What is Transformation Coaching?

Transformation Coaching offers a dynamic and deeply personal partnership for individuals committed to significant self-growth and a deeper understanding of themselves. While involving more discussion and interactive learning than a Peak States Therapy session, this coaching strategically integrates powerful tools and processes from various modalities to foster profound self-awareness and lasting change. Unlike some other types of coaching, our approach is trauma-informed and, while it can support goal achievement, it isn't solely focused on goals; it's about inner exploration and holistic transformation.

We draw upon a rich blend of principles: including techniques from Peak States Therapy (like gentle tapping and somatic awareness), archetypal exploration, inner child work, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). We also integrate the strategic and humanistic approaches taught by the Robbins-Madanes Training Center. This diverse toolkit provides a rich and multifaceted experience, helping you gain clarity on your challenges, learn practical skills and strategies for moving forward, and build a deeper connection with your body and emotions.

This coaching is ideal for anyone eager to explore their inner world, gain profound insights into their behaviours and beliefs, and actively work towards meaningful transformation. It’s for those who value a collaborative approach that blends self-understanding with practical tools you can implement independently in your daily life.

What to Expect in a Session:

While a Transformation Coaching session can sometimes involve techniques similar to a Peak States session if needed, it often varies significantly depending on your immediate objectives, energy levels, and needs.

Here's how we typically structure our coaching journey:

-
Discovery (First Session): This initial session is all about "mapping the land." You'll share the issues or objectives that led you to Transformation Coaching, along with an overview of how different areas of your life are currently unfolding. We'll discuss your values, sources of joy, and where you experience pain points. This helps us understand your unique landscape and areas you want to focus on in context.
-
Creating Your Framework: Following your first session, we'll create a "coaching framework" for the subsequent sessions. This outlines a clear path towards your objectives or priorities. For example, if you're addressing anger or communication, our sessions will focus on understanding these aspects, their impact on your life, and various ways to address, heal, or transform them. If you're seeking deeper meaning or inner exploration, we might uncover your archetypes and explore how they influence your life, allowing you to make conscious decisions about your future direction.
-
Flexible Progression: While we establish a framework, sessions will remain flexible. Unless an "emergency issue" arises – meaning something significant happens that needs immediate processing – we'll stay focused on our agreed path. If an urgent situation does come up, the coaching space provides a safe place to process it, and a session might temporarily feel more like a counseling or healing session rather than traditional coaching. This flexibility ensures your evolving needs are always met.

Specialised Coaching Programs:
While Transformation Coaching is dynamic and adaptable, we can also centre your sessions around specific programs designed for particular areas of growth and seeking:

-
Archetypes & Parts Work: A transpersonal approach inspired by the works of Carl Jung, Caroline Myss, and Tony Robbins, helping you understand the deeper patterns at play in your life.
-
Navigating your Interior Castle: Inspired by Caroline Myss' work on "Entering the Castle," this program guides you through deep self-exploration. Required reading: "Entering the Castle" by Caroline Myss.
-
Non-Violent Communication (NVC): Learn and practice authentic and compassionate communication skills. Required reading: "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life" by Marshall Rosenberg.
-
Inner Child Work: Explore and heal past experiences to foster greater wholeness in the present. This work can often be processed alongside Peak States Therapy.
-
Mindfulness & Somatic Practices: Practice mindfulness and body presence through guided meditation and exercises to enhance your emotional regulation and self-awareness.

If one of these programs particularly interests you, please let us know when making your booking, and we can discuss it further during your initial Discovery Session.
