The Language of the Body: What is Psychobiology?
At London Therapy Online, we often describe Psychobiology as the "missing link" in healing. It isn't just "woo-woo" spirituality, nor is it a cold, clinical diagnosis. It is the study of how our psychological experiences (our thoughts, emotions, and traumas) are physically "written" into our biological systems (our brain, cells, and nervous system). If you are tired of just managing symptoms and are ready to resolve them, understanding your biology is the first step.
